In the unlikely event you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Unfortunately we cannot accept bespoke rope or wire products that have been custom made to your order.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 5-10 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please do not return an order to us without contacting us first.
Our team will aim to despatch your order as soon as possible with lead times for standard products such as cut rope or cut wire lengths being 1 to 2 working days.
For custom made rope or wire products which our rigging team needs to create the lead time is 3-7 working days depending on our bespoke work loads and the complexity of your order. For large volumes of commercial products and assemblies please email your exact requirements to allow us quote correctly.
A standard postal charge of £3.95 is charged for orders under £65
Orders over £65 are free of charge.
