Description
The Sta-Lok Long Eye is a self-fit, reusable terminal made from 316 stainless steel, providing strength, corrosion resistance and long service life for standing rigging and emergency repairs. It is a dependable alternative to swage terminals and can be installed onboard or on-site using only basic hand tools, with no pre-measurement required.
Supplied as standard for 1×19 wire rope, separate wedges are available for 7×7, 7×19 and compacted strand constructions. The Long Eye is suitable for both right-hand and left-hand lay wires, covering diameters from 3 mm up to 26 mm (1/8″ to 1″), making it highly versatile for a range of rigging setups.
Its extended length allows for effective repair of damaged terminals without replacing the entire wire rope. Each wedge is laser-marked for accuracy, ensuring secure and reliable assembly. Built for consistent load and shock resistance, the Sta-Lok Long Eye is trusted in marine, architectural and industrial applications.
