Description
Coppa Pro is a high-grip, high-durability rope designed for extreme sailing use, particularly suited to sheets and control lines on dinghies and sportboats. Its Dyneema SK78 core delivers excellent strength and very low stretch, giving predictable performance under load without sacrificing handling control. The cover is a mixed blend of PBO (Zylon), Dyneema and soft polyester which balances grip, abrasion resistance and comfort.
With a 24-carrier cover construction, Coppa Pro offers long service life even in aggressive ratchet blocks and under frequent use. It remains spliceable and taperable, allowing riggers to fine-tune line transitions and minimise wear across blocks and becket joints. Available in 6, 7 and 8 mm diameters, each size carries a specific breaking load and weight suited to different sailing demands. Coppa Pro is ideal where grip under load, minimal stretch and durability are all required, such as gennaker sheets, high-tension jib sheets, or any control line subjected to harsh use.
