Description
High Tech STS Single Braid Leech Line is a specialist control line developed for high-performance membrane sails where precision, minimal stretch and low weight are critical. Constructed using STS (Stronger than Steel) fibre technology, it delivers exceptionally low elongation, maintaining consistent leech tension under varying load conditions. This ensures optimum sail shape and reliable trimming performance, even in demanding racing environments.
The single-braided design provides a smooth, compact structure that runs cleanly through leech rings, sleeves, and cleats without snagging or distortion. It is UV stabilised to withstand prolonged exposure to sunlight and harsh marine conditions. Available in 2.5 mm and 3 mm diameters, it offers excellent strength-to-weight ratios, with very high breaking loads relative to its size.
High Tech STS Single Braid Leech Line is available as a custom product, supplied by the metre or spool.
