Description
Racing Pro is a high-performance single-braid sheet rope designed for dinghies, sportsboats and crossover sailing where feel, grip and low stretch are essential. The rope combines highly twisted Robtec, Taslan and polyester fibres in a cover-only construction, producing a soft feel with excellent cleating performance and dependable control.
Available in 7 mm and 9 mm diameters, Racing Pro offers an impressive strength-to-weight ratio, with breaking loads of approximately 1400 daN and 2400 daN respectively. Its smooth yet grippy texture ensures consistent handling even under heavy use, while its construction resists abrasion and maintains flexibility over time.
Racing Pro performs exceptionally well as a mainsheet on catamarans or in systems using V-cleats, backstay controls or traveller lines, where control and comfort are vital.
